New Releases, Blog Candy and More Exciting News!

Wow! It's finally Friday and I have a lot to share with you today.

First, I want to have you take a peek at this card I made to celebrate the release of Hope by Our Daily Bread Designs. Race on over there and check out all the new releases today. In addition to Hope, there is Peace on Earth, Angel, and Guardian Angel Prayer. I am giving Guardian Angel Prayer today as blog candy!! Keep reading!

Card deets: I stamped the ribbon and the sentiment from Hope in Pastel Pink Chalk Ink. The sentiment is actually longer than I used; I just needed part of it today. The designer paper is by It Takes Two and is also available from Our Daily Bread Designs in the Hope Pack! With the purchase of each Hope set, Kelley (the fantastic owner) is including a Hope Pack (see picture below), valued at over $10.00!

Now for the blog candy!! Just take a trip to Our Daily Bread Designs, check out the new August releases, come back here and tell me which is your favorite! You will be entered in my blog candy drawing to win Guardian Angel Prayer and some pink ribbon and clips! Entries will be received until Sunday evening, 9 p.m. CST, and Monday night I will draw a winner using the Random Number Generator. Thanks for playing along! To see fantastic samples of all the new releases, check out the other Design Team members' blogs in the sidebar, or visit the card gallery HERE. I do have another exciting announcement to share maybe tomorrow, so be sure to come back and see what that is about!

Now let's shift a bit and think about challenges! Attention all House Mouse Friends! I have been asked to join Emma's House Mouse Challenge Design Team! Each week beginning this Monday there will be a challenge posted on the House Mouse & Friends blog. Come check it out and play along. Gruffies and Happy Hoppers are welcome, as well as Mice! The team has already been given the Top Secret Challenge, so I am working on that for Monday.

Have a great day and I hope to see you back with your blog candy entry!

  7. I'm walking in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in October and just love this HOPE set! I'm pleased to see that more and more cancer-support sets are being released by companies. I made my Thank You cards with some of the others, and might have to add this one to my collection as well. You made a beautiful card with it! Thanks for sharing :)

  11. All three sets are gorgeous and it is hard to pick just one. I love the angel set because I am a collector of angels and the hope set is great as I am a survivor (18 years). Also the peace one is so nice. When I am able to order, I will have to get all three but I will pick the angel as being my favorite!

  15. The Hope design set is definitely my favorite. I have a friend who's going through chemo right now for breast cancer and this would be perfect to use for a card for her. I also have a cousin who passed away from breast cancer and a cousin-in-law who's a breast cancer survivor. I can go on and on but I won't. Anyway, I love the card you made with this set.

  18. I love the design of the card!

It is too important to keep up with monthly exams, and be aware of the family risk of cancer.
