Guest Designing with The Color Throwdown!

Happy Independence Day!

Today begins a month of fun as the Guest Designer at The Color Throwdown
Each week, a new color challenge is posted on the Color Throwdown blog.
I am thrilled to be joining the very talented CTD team,
who provide amazing inspiration every single week!
Today Lori chose a perfect color combination for Independence Day:
Tempting Turquoise, Crumb Cake, Real Red and Night of Navy.
My card is made using a cute set from Paper Smooches called Vegtastic.
I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo Black and paper pieced the tomato.
The tag is embossed with a Cuttlebug strip that made me think of ketchup blotches!

Be sure to check out the amazing samples by the DT and play along!

Other challenges for this card:
Card Cupids - Use ribbon, twine or washi tape
Mema's Crafts - Anything goes

Stamps: Vegtastic (Paper Smooches)
Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Paper: Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise (Stampin' Up!)
Accessories: Turquoise Baker's Twine (Really Reasonable Ribbon), button
