Wow, that has got to be the weirdest title ever. And really makes no sense. So on to the post.... :)
Tuesday means a
Top Tip Tuesday Challenge and there is an awesome Criss Cross Card tutorial on the
blog today! I chose to criss cross my Baker's Twine (Really Reasonable Ribbon) instead of making that card style, and you can choose either (or both!) in the challenge this week!
This is my first card I have posted on my blog for
Rubbernecker Stamps as a new Design Team member. I am thrilled and honored to be on this team. It feels like home already, as I have been cyber friends with almost all of the team for a long time. And two newbies to be new friends with too! I am excited to show you more of their awesome designs in the coming weeks!
So I thought it fitting that my first DT card for my blog should be a giraffe. This little
Giraffe and sentiment are a new release, and of course I had to have both! Her (dubbed "Georgette" by me) eyes and short little legs just crack me up. I am a giraffe lover, if that is news to you, and have been collecting all sorts of them since my first year in college -- a very looooong time ago!
I love the dimension that paper pleating gives to a card and it's so easy. Had to be pink too. There is a great tutorial this week on SCS for it that you can find
HERE.
Thanks for taking a peek. I hope you will stop back by tomorrow for the Hambo Hoedown!
