My Dream Car

Some people dream of sports cars, or luxurious cars or fancy cars. My dream car has always been a Lime Green VW Convertible Bug. Maybe someday! But until then, this will have to do:
This is one of the projects I did for Really Reasonable Ribbon earlier this month as their Guest Designer. I used seven of the twelve colors in the Baker's Twine Assortment because they matched the designer paper (The Paper Studio) so well! Peace, man!

    Love the card, Judith! Why? Because I have a VW bug - bright blue. I love my bug because everyone recognizes it as MY car so when I'm at my daughter's school, everyone waves at me. They don't do that when I drive the Honda CR-V! My husband has driven the bug up to school and said, "People wave at me when I go pick up Kaylie. I guess they think it's you driving!" LOL When this one dies, I plan to get another one - I LOVE IT!

    very cute! looks like a car my girl friends and I used to ride in, only it had the retro flowers plastered on the inside LOL

    Mine is white with black dots on the top, hearts on the doors, lips on the front, eyelashs on front and back lights. On the trunk are scrapbook pages and cards advertizing what I design. Driver door says Sometimes he drives her car. Passenger side says Sometimes she drives her car.

    I also dream of owning a Volkswagen Bug, but in a darker shade of blue. Bugs are so cool and classy. Also, they exude of quiet elegance that makes them stand out on the road.
