House Mouse Challenge 3 - A Sketch!

Scurry on over to the House Mouse & Friends blog for a look at the fabulous creations the Design Team came up with this week! Our challenge was to use this sketch:

I chose the colors for my card after deciding how I wanted my little bird to look. I used Blue Bayou and Groovy Guava (both retired Stampin' Up!) as my main colors. I stamped the House Mouse image and the Hambo sentiment with VersaFine Onyx Black (available HERE) and colored using my Stampin' Up! markers. The rick rack is by Prima and came with some gorgeous big blooms. The color was a perfect match. The brads are by The Paper Studio and the silver frame is from the new Silver Hodgepodge Hardware set from Stampin' Up! All panels are popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals.

Join in the fun and create your own House Mouse card! Link at the blog for everyone to find! Thanks for stopping by today! Happy Labor Day to those in the United States!

I really, really love the "J" card in your sidebar. It's really lovely, and you did a great coloring job.

So happy to have stumbled across a Hambo designer, too! I have some of their stamps from a while ago, and haven't looked for quite a while. Now I'm off . . .
