Freshly Made Sketches #512

Today is Wednesday and it's time for a new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches! The lovely Kim is our hostess today!

While you can use any shape for the tree in the sketch, I decided to stick with trees for a holiday card. I am using products from Stampin' Up!

I love all the stitching on these dies! I am not one that likes to create multiples, but I could see me making a few of these!

This week I took some time with my husband and traveled to see our son, his wife, and our three grandchildren. They live over a thousand miles away, and we haven't seen them in a year! We are enjoying our short time with them so much! (That, and amazing seafood!)
I hope you will join our sketch challenge this week, and add your creations to our gallery! This challenge will end at 3:00 EST time on Monday, November 22nd.
Be sure to take a peek at the gorgeous cards my teammates have made on the FMS blog

  1. I'm so happy that you were able to visit your family! <3 It's been a tough couple of years for sure. And I love that you used those long, leggy trees. They are awesome.

  2. So glad you got to see those kiddos! and I love these skinny funky trees! Adorable card!

  3. Fabulous layers and such fun colors, Judy! Enjoy the family time!!

  4. This is GORGEOUS!! I love the colors and your embossing on the background. Your trees look amazing!!

  5. Gorgeous card Judy! I just love those snowflakes and the beautiful colour combination! Love the background embossing too! So sweet for Christmas!

  6. Love this colour combo! Such a gorgeous card! I hope you're having a wonderful time with family.

  7. Such a beautiful scene you've created! I love the colorful stripes (I wish I would have thought of that!) - so fun behind the cute little trees and all of the snow!

Thank you for taking the time to leave me a comment. It means a lot to connect and I appreciate you!
