It's Wednesday and time for a new sketch from Freshly Made Sketches! Jen M is our hostess for this week, with a fun design for you to try!
I created a CAS design using a retired Stampin' Up! set (Sunshine Sayings & dies) and a sentiment from Taylored Expressions (Mini Strips - Let's Celebrate). I am not wild about the color combination I chose, and had intended to use all pink shades, but grabbed the yellow for the card base, and it is what it is! I missed the last two weeks due to a busy work schedule - and then water in our basement - and I can tell because I struggled this week!

This card is so pretty Judy! I just love the shades of pink and the pop of yellow looks great! Love that big flower die as well!

ReplyDeleteClean and pretty! The brushstrokes work perfectly with the sketch and add a touch of fun and whimsy. Don't be so hard on yourself -- this is a fabulous card!
