It's Wednesday and time for a new sketch from Freshly Made Sketches! Kim is our hostess this week, with a great sketch to show off some of my hoarded patterned papers!
I used a gel print background, made with acrylic paints, and cut out my leafy leaf (SU!). I adjusted it a bit by moving some of the leaves to fit around my sentiment (The Greetery/Opposites Attract). I found some pretty prints in the Floral 6x6 pad from Echo Park, and stacked them on top. Finally, I added some sequins for bling.
I hope you will join our sketch challenge, and add your creations to our gallery! I would love to see what you make!
This challenge will end at 3:00 EDT time on Monday, September 5. Be sure to take a peek at the gorgeous cards my teammates have created on the FMS blog to inspire you! There are some beautiful designs there!
